Do you love our community, but need a helping hand finding ways to get involved? Have you lived in Clark County your entire life, but wish you knew more about it? Maybe you’re new to the area and would like to meet your passionate neighbors?  Well, Leadership Clark County is here to help with all of the above!

Founded in 1981 as The Community Leadership Academy of Springfield, Ohio, our organization was a joint venture between Wittenberg University and the Springfield-Clark County Chamber of Commerce. In the late 1980’s, the Community Leadership Academy Alumni Board became a third partner in the planning and operation of the Academy. From its initiation to 1992, over 950 individuals participated in the Leadership Academy.
